Terms and Conditions by registering for and attending the Pathology Conference, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the registration process and submit the full payment prior to the event.

The registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to the next edition of the event or attend the event virtually.

Any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, etc.) are the responsibility of the attendee and are not covered by the registration fee.

2. Virtual Access

For virtual attendees, access to the online platform will be provided prior to the event. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary technology and internet connection.

Conference content is intended for registered participants only. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.

3. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration with another person, provided this is arranged at least 45 days before the event.

4. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including substituting speakers, altering schedules, or canceling sessions if necessary.

5. Intellectual Property

All presentations, materials, and content delivered at the conference are the intellectual property of the organizers or the respective presenters.

Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from the organizer or speaker.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you agree that your image or likeness may be captured in photographs, videos, or live streams. These may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.

Participants are prohibited from recording any part of the conference without explicit permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals violating this policy.

8. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property that may occur during the conference, whether online or in-person.

9. Force Majeure

The organizers will not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, etc.).
