Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than two session either in oral or poster session. However, you may not present more than three papers during the conference.

You can participate in Virtual mode without attending the conference In Person and get presentation certification.
Each Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for presentation including Q/A session
The working language of the conference is English.
Translators will not be available during presentations. If you wish you can get your own translator
Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.
Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high. All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. The conference organizers are NOT able to receive any posters by mail in advance, print or transport posters. There will NOT be facilities on-site for printing or composing posters.
Yes. A GBP 30 mandatory abstract review fee is required for all submitted abstracts. The review process will only begin once the fee has been successfully paid. Yes. All accepted abstracts will be published with a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring permanent digital identification and global accessibility. The DOI helps improve academic visibility, enables easy citation, and ensures long-term preservation in international databases. Please note: The DOI will be assigned once the publication fee has been received.
Yes. You may submit your accepted abstract to the Global Journal of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine (GJPLM) — our supporting journal — for full-manuscript publication, subject to the journal’s own editorial guidelines and peer-review process.
The DTCM permit fee ensures that the event follows official regulations, venue safety standards, tourism compliance rules, and legal authorization to host participants in Dubai. Without this permit, events cannot be officially conducted within the UAE.
Yes. The CME/CPD certificate is offered as an add-on package with a separate fee. This cost is not included in the standard registration fee and must be purchased if participants wish to claim official CME/CPD credits.
Yes, the 21 CME/CPD credits are globally recognized by most dental and medical professional bodies. However, acceptance may vary depending on country policies.
Absolutely! Virtual participants who attend the live sessions can also earn the full 21 credits.
Yes. Registered attendees who require a visa may request a Visa Invitation Letter to support their UAE visa application. The letter is issued after registration and payment confirmation.
